Problem With Illegal Collection Practices?

Federal law regulates the collection of consumer debt under law commonly referred to as the “FDCPA.”

Examples of FDCPA violations include:

• Failing to include certain required disclosure, for example one that states:
“This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.”
• Trying to collect debt that is barred by the applicable statute of limitations in certain cases.
• Calling before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM.

If you feel you have been the victim of FDCPA violations, please save all letters and paperwork and email us at info@allaccesslaw.com. Or, you can always fax or call us at 800-566-5760. By contacting us you are requesting that we call you back.

We only take these cases on contingency – this means that you never have to go “out of pocket.”
